Step 1 — Reading the words in bubbles

Manga mixes vertical lines, tiny fonts and SFX.
We first sense the page layout, then use a reading mode that suits it.
If images are grainy, we lightly enhance them so letters are easier to read without changing the art style.

Think of it as lifting the words out while leaving the drawing alone.

Step 2 — Translation that feels natural

The same line can be translated several ways; we favor smooth, readable phrasing.
Names, places and special terms stay consistent across pages.
Different language pairs may use different routes.
If a cloud service hiccups, we have fallbacks so a result still appears.

Step 3 — Cleaning the page without hurting the art

We remove only the text areas, not nearby linework and screentones.
Too aggressive erasing scars the art; too gentle leaves ghost letters — we aim for the sweet spot.
Complex SFX often looks best left as original with a small note, rather than clumsy overpainting.

Step 4 — Putting the translation back in place

Lines are wrapped to match each bubble’s shape so text doesn’t feel crammed or stretched.
Fonts are chosen for a manga-like look rather than a default computer font.
Line and letter spacing get tiny tweaks to keep the original rhythm.
