1) About the Service

We provide AI-assisted OCR, translation, and typesetting functions. Results are generated by machines and may contain errors or flaws; you are responsible for reviewing and legally using the output.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• Please provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.

3) Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not use your uploads to train models.

4) Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, process, translate, edit, generate, store, transmit, or otherwise use the Service with any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or prohibited by applicable law, card network rules, or our payment processors’ policies.

• Sexually Explicit and Adult Content. You may not use the Service with pornography, sexually explicit content, erotic content, hentai, adult manga, adult comics, or mature-audience content designed primarily for sexual gratification. This restriction applies to text, images, comics, manga pages, illustrated content, fictional content, and AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
• Minors and Exploitation. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, content sexualizing minors, or any content involving minors in a sexual, abusive, or exploitative context. Such content may be removed immediately, accounts may be suspended or terminated, and we may report relevant information to law enforcement or appropriate authorities.
• Intellectual Property. You may only upload or process content that you own, have licensed, or are otherwise legally authorized to use. You may not use the Service to infringe, facilitate infringement, distribute unauthorized translations, bypass access controls, or create derivative works in violation of third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
• No Public Hosting or Distribution Service. The Service is a private OCR, translation, and layout-assistance tool. It is not a marketplace, public hosting platform, file-sharing service, or distribution service for manga, comics, or translated works. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use and any download, export, sharing, publication, or distribution of results is lawful.
• Compliance and Enforcement. We may reject, block, remove, disable access to, or delete any upload, output, job, or account that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, payment processor requirements, card network rules, or third-party rights. We may also suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, limit refunds where permitted by law, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with payment processors, rights holders, or authorities when necessary.

• Except as required by law, credits, packages, and subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable once used or issued.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; you can manage or cancel them in the billing portal.
• Taxes will be displayed at checkout based on your location (if applicable).

7) Free and Promotional Credits

We may offer free/trial/promotional credits, which may be subject to expiration, revocation, or limits. Abuse (e.g., bulk registration) may result in restriction or suspension.

8) Fair Use and "Unlimited" Options

"Unlimited" or high-tier plans are subject to fair use, technical safeguards, and rate limits to ensure overall quality; abuse may result in restriction or revocation.

9) Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. If there is a liability cap, it typically does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the event.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of Terms or for security/compliance reasons.

11) Jurisdiction and Disputes
