1) About the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted OCR, translation, and typesetting support for manga and image-based content. Results are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately and lawfully.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.

3) Your Content & License to Us

You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to run OCR/translation, generate previews, and deliver downloads). We do not claim ownership of your underlying works, and we do not use your uploads to train our models.

4) Prohibited Uses & Content

• Do not upload or generate illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property.
• Do not upload CSAM or sexualized content involving minors, or content that is hateful or violent.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape at scale, or abuse rate limits and fair-use policies.
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all content you upload.

5) Copyright & Takedown

We respect the rights of creators and copyright holders. If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts as appropriate.

6) Credits, Pricing & Payments

• The Service uses a credit system. Credits are deducted upon successful processing (e.g., OCR/translation completion) according to your chosen plan.
• Purchases and subscriptions are handled by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Credits, packs, and subscriptions are non-transferable and, unless required by law, non-refundable once used or delivered.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel in the billing portal.
• Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout where required.

7) Free & Promotional Credits

We may provide free, trial, or promotional credits. Such credits may expire, be revoked, or be subject to additional limits at our discretion. Misuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses) is prohibited and may result in suspension.

8) Fair Use & “Unlimited” Options

Where an “unlimited” or high-cap option is offered, it is subject to fair-use limits, technical safeguards, and reasonable rate limiting to protect service quality for all users. We may restrict or throttle excessive or abusive usage patterns, or revoke access for abuse.

9) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned changes will be announced when reasonable. We are not liable for delays, outages, or data loss due to factors outside our reasonable control.

10) Third-Party Providers & Models

We may rely on third-party infrastructure, models, or APIs to deliver functionality. Their availability and behavior may affect the Service. Your use is also subject to any applicable third-party terms and policies.

16) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
